Sign up for Direct Deposit. Complete an enrollment form to authorize your company to make a Direct Deposit into one or more of your accounts.
Due to the fact that we must receive a voided check from each member that would like to enroll into our direct deposit program, we can only make this application downloadable to those members. Please download the document, fill it out in full, and mail it, or bring it to our Florence office.
